What was channeled to me concerning the Holocaust is this: God did not expect so many people to commit the sin of remaining silent in the face of all the unspeakable atrocities and crimes against humanity that were committed during WW II. Countless numbers of good people became paralyzed with fear, and did not speak up as they witnessed life and liberty being taken away from their friends, families, and neighbors.
