Today I will spend all day (eight hours) doing Tarot readings for Cablevision, in Melville, Long Island. This is something I do quite often, and it is a nice perk for the hardworking employees there. Over the years, I have gotten to know many of these employees and several of them have become my dear friends.
On this day, I give thanks for my daily bread that is given in such a hospitable and generous fashion. Everyone there greets me with hugs and laughter and good cheer.
When I spent ten hours doing readings in Cablevision, Bronx last month, they had an American Idol-type talent show. Let me tell you, the people behind the scenes of Cablevision have more talent than what we see on the screen. Cablevision — how about a great reality series entitled, “The Talent Behind the Scenes at Cablevision?” It would definitely be much better than the reality shows on television right now.
